Wrote proposals for and conducted "Music in Early Education" workshops with Teddy Bear Band at annual NAEYC Conferences in: Atlanta, Washington D.C., Anahiem, Dallas, and Toronto.

Former Bands: In The System 1967-'72, performed with 3 Dog Night, Steppenwolf, James Gang, Sha Na Na, The Everly Brothers, etc. Since then performed locally with Spangle, Cabaret Connection, Wall Street, and more.

Performing with Teddy Bear Band since 1985, also managing the creative and business direction of TBB.

Wrote and developed numerous educational presentations for Teddy Bear Band.
President of Richard Alan Productions: Managing and booking Teddy Bear Band and other music groups Richard performs with. In charge of all legal, licensing, and other business entities of Teddy Bear Band.
